sometimes you just need time

time to sit quietly without interruption

time to breathe deeply allowing the rise and fall

time to close your eyes and see clearly

time to rest gently in the place where you, the all knowing you, resides

time to reconnect

time to remember

time for reflection

time to be grateful

  1. When I am anxious, somewhat triggered I keep moving

    It is like I am trying to outrun my anxiety

    Then I sit down focus on my breath and just say

    I am not moving until this agitation calms

    I meditate and let my breath slowly calm me

    The best way to spend
